Described as one of the finest birdwatching sites in Costa Rica .However like most wildlife watching expeditions there are no guarantees but we did see Scarlet Mcaws amazing flora and many other creatures.

In the afternoon we went on the ariel tram ride up through the forest a very relaxing trip with a guide who gave us information about the various levels of the rain forest and how the plants grow and adapt. When we arrived back at the base there was a small zoo in which you could see and hear about the animals , snakes, and butterflies held in captivity.

On the way back we passed through small towns and villages getting ready for Christmas ,quite strange in 26 degrees.

An airplane situated in part of a restaurant,A harbour toilet break and sunset on the way back.
