Seaford and Barn hill part of the Seven sisters and South downs way. 1/2/23.

Seaford Head is well known for its Kittiwake colony which is due late February. It was while I was here a very nice couple told me about Barn Hill. Splash point is clearly seen below .

Seaford head to Beachy head is an area of Special Scientific Interest designated for its outstanding biological and geological features.

The walk down to the beach is moderately steep and provides fantastic and well documented views.

On the walk down you can see seabirds returning to roost.

Sadly we didn’t stay long because the sun started to set but it did provide with some nice pictures. The walk back was harder than the walk back .Message to myself take a picnic next time.

Worth a visit. There are toilet facilities but were closed at 4pm.
